DuPont Performance Elastomers Japan recently received a Value Adding Proposals Award from Toyoda Gosei (TG), a subsidiary of Toyota Motor Corporation Japan, for contributing to TG's business with innovative new polymer proposals involving Viton® fluoroelastomer.

This is the first award made to raw materials suppliers by TG, and DuPont Performance Elastomers Japan is one of five awardees that contributed to the company's business through innovative products with added value. Toyoda Gosei decided to apply the new Viton® APA polymers, and the DuPont Performance Elastomers fluoropolymer is also included in the qualification process with Japanese auto manufacturers.
